What is included and what is available?

At Brightonwood, we take care of the heat, water, trash, and parking. No heat and no water bills. They're all included in the rent.

The only utility you need is electricity. Your apartment has energy efficient electric stove, refrigerator, lights, and air conditioner. Electric bills range from $18 and up.

Brightonwood was built by skilled craftsmen, and it's solid. The buildings are very well insulated, and each apartment benefits from all the surrounding ones, as well as the heating and cooling of the public areas of the building.

There are a good number of well-placed power outlets in each apartment, and that cable television jacks are located in each living room, and that telephone jacks are located in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.

It's also worth noting that Comcast cable internet access is available in each apartment.

Each building has its own 24-hour laundry facilities. There are two washers and two driers.

Additionally, each apartment is located on an "outside corner," with two exterior walls. This provides you with great sunlight exposure, and have the added bonus of extra soundproofing. The buildings are not soundproof, but reasonable noise levels are not noticeable.
