Non-Emergency Repair Request
We take pride in making same-day or next-day repairs, but DO NOT use this form for emergencies in which further damage can occur without immediate response. For immediate response, please call our office at 763-521-4457, extension 0 (zero) for the operator, and your call will be addressed. For life-threatening emergencies please call 911 immediately.
Be sure to give us as much detail as you can about the repair required and check the box giving us permission to enter your apartment if you are not home.
E-mail is not perfect, so if you’ve not received a reasonably prompt response, please call the Kramer/Saxl Group Answering Service at 763/521-4457 and Press ZERO (0) for the Answering Service operator to re-submit your request.
We accept payments electronically
We offer the convenience of having rent payments accepted electronically (ACH) from checking or savings accounts. The benefits include:
- It’s convenient and saves time and postage — no more worry about remembering to write and mail the check, delays in mail pickup or delivery, or being out of town when the rent is due!
- Your payment is always on time and never will be late as long as the funds are in the account.
- You know exactly the day the funds will come out: We will make the deduction on the 2nd of every month. No more guessing or trying to time the payment. You remain in control and can cancel the program with two weeks’ notice in writing. You will see the payment on your bank statement.
All you need to do is complete this form and bring it with you at move-in time, or mail it two weeks in advance of your next rent-payment date.
